Policy Details

You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.

Items that can’t be returned include: coffee beans

For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Return form.

 

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

   

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

   

Process Details

To return your purchase from Snappy’s Cafe, place the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, along with Return Form. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
